BM Energy (BD) Limited is a company incorporated in 2012. It was founded with an aim to assist and develop the country to be more energy efficient with an onset of depletion of Natural Gas.

The Daily Purbodesh is one of the most modern and widely published newspapers in Chittagong. Though The Daily was published from Dhaka before and after the independence of Bangladesh, its publication had been postponed for a long time. In 2012, Smart Media Limited, a sister concern of the country’s leading industrial group ‘Smart Group’, has taken over the ownership having been registered as The Daily Purbodesh in Chittagong.

Smart Share & Securities Ltd. Was incorporated on 13^th April2015 as a private company under Companies Act, 1994 with the view to carry out business on the capital market specially stock related trading business. SSSL started operation from 11^th February 2016 as a TREC holder (Stock Broker & Stock Dealer) of Chittagong Stock exchange.
